. Huddersfield Town FC V Southampton FC Date: Saturday 22nd December, 2018 Kick Of: 3pm Venue: Kirklees Stadium (well, John Smith's is a sh1t beer, so we'll use the proper name) Referee: Stuart Attwell Assistants: Ian Hussin, Andy Halliday Fourth official: Jonathan Moss Head to Head Games won: 11 (we'll be on 12 after this, I can feel it in my fingers, I can feel it in my toes ... Christmas is all around us and only Ralphie knows) Games drawn: 4 Games lost: 11 It's nearly Christmas time and Ralph with his Merry men gave us an early Christmas warmer with an exciting performance at home to Arsenal in the 3-2 win on Sunday. Now it is back to getting both feet on the ground for a really important battle in Yorkshire, where the tea is bitter and sh1te and the roses are the wrong colour. Surely we can carry on the momentum and get a win against a team who sound like a farm animal who has been touched in the privates and they#ll be without their key talisman Mooy. This is going to be a tough game against a tough tackling, terrier like side and I am not getting complacent, however the West Ham thread is nearly done We're gonna fecking smash 'em 2-0 Fats is back in the positive seat to pull us from the doom and gloom (well that's what Ralph said in his text to me yesterday), so before I wish you well for Christmas here are some clips of what we've got to look forward to on Saturday. Oh Rickie... come back for Christmas. I couldn't find highlights of the 4-1 win from League One days, but I did find this: Here's the match report: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_2/9305158.stm Apparently they managed a draw against us almost a year ago to the day. My I take this opportunity to wish you all a fabulous holiday time, thanks to all those who have engaged in good, agreeable discussions with me and to those who disagreed or fell out with me, feck it, you were wrong HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE and here's to RALPHIE NEW YEAR. and finally, finally.... Kylie Singing "Walking in Le Tissier's Wonderland" well, nearly finally ...
Massive game. But if our application is the same, then I see us coming away with smiles. (hope your doing the next match day thread)
I notice that we have had no advent calendar or similar posted on Saints twitter page this year. Did they think jollity was out of place this season so have cancelled Xmas or has the fun guy left the IT team?
@fatletiss 5/10 for the matchthread. Would of gave it a 6 maybe 7 but as you clearly didnt bother fully researching the Huddersfield 4-1 highlights I’ve come to the conclusion you’re just not that committed to your work, lazy, and a bit slap dash. Furthermore, there’s no real organised Christmas theme what so ever , which I found quite disappointing on a personal level and to be quite honest I just think your a bit of a bellend . I hope this constructive criticism finds you well Seasons greetings Your pal Sotonsaint
That would have been 10/10 for comedy value if only you could have been arsed to find said video yourself .... or maybe you did and couldn’t find it, so fecked off to the shed Happy Xmas Dude
Garage now! I’ve been promoted! I’ll level with you, I did actually have a look but I’ve not found it “yet”, I’ve made it my mission for the this afternoon, as I’m home alone today and now off work for 2 weeks.
Oi. FLT. Call this a match thread? First we have to put up with pictures of an ageing antipodean because the thread has been created by a sad git with an unhealthy obsession. And then there seems to be some discussion about what some non-techie geezer does in his shed. It's better than a Brexit debate, I suppose .... Merry Christmas.
