I've done my gardening and popped in to watch a bit of footy.

    Huddersfield pitch looks appalling.

Not much atmosphere either, mind you Wigan are winning 2-0

    Hudders are awful.

I remember they had a good start to the season and were even top 4 or so after 8/10 games.

That striker they've got warming up for the second half looks a bit heavy.....

And we've still go there at the end of March after an international break - lets hope the pitch is better by then.. ours looks like the Emirates compared to that cow patch...

    MASSIVE difference in quality there.

We are much better than Uddersfeeled but even so it highlights how much we would have to improve should to go up, to survive in the Premiership!!

They've probably played there twice in the current RL season. Seems far-fetched to ascribe blame to the rugby on that basis.

More to do with the shed loads of rain Udders gets dumped on it after passing over the Pennines, a poor winter and general lack of maintenance before the RL played started playing on it..

To be honest, we probably out-played Hudds at home more than Wigan did today.

There's absolutely no doubt that rugby annihilates the pitch, in just one game the pitch turns into a complete mess... Did anyone watch top gear tonight and see the state of Twickenhams pitch after just one game?

Anyone who claims rugby messes the pitches up should be banned for a week, to give them time to think about the **** they've typed.
