    Today simple question walked into a hsbc branch why card had been taking so long to arive would the help made me keep standing around for 30 minutes with one person on the till most useless bank in england i say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They are all rubbish Jonno.

    They screw us rigid, mess up the country's finances and we end up owning them and paying for them and yet they still award the top brass millions in windfalls.
