In hind sight, what a blessing that he left. I wonder if he had somehow got wind of our interest in Vorm and decided it was best to move on. When Vorm arrived, I think we all asked who the heck is this guy .... now we know we have one of the top keepers in the division .... and I don't know whether it's Vorm or Caulker or both together teaming with Ash, but we just don't seem that vulnerable from long balls into the box anymore.
Said it before, karma is a wonderful thing. I don't wish any of our ex-players ill but it gives me some satisfaction to repeatedly see them back the wrong horse. Pratley anyone?
Never say never .... but happy with what we have got. Who knows what may happen when the vultures swoop, but I would hope we don't see them again!
