Millens, I assume you were born under the shadow of the Dolman in the wonderful Cumberland Basin then?

Do you hang out with the homeless down there?? :p

Hang on, let me guess, your a Bemmie boy aren't you????

CVD, do you drink in the Bailey's Court at all mate? We'll have to keep an eye out for each other, us pioneering folk, taking the Bluebird gospel to the heathen masses need to stick together

Hilts, it is good to be back after taking time out since the demise of 606 and good to see you back posting too. I always find your posts to eb well reasoned and thought out <ok> i didn't always agree with everything you said over on 606, especially where DJ was concerned but always appreciated that it was just a case of differing views.

No definitely not, I actually live in a house <laugh>
I live in a wonderful suburb called Sea mills <laugh>, lot nicer than Sadly broke, just a little though :emoticon-0110-tongu

Brizzle, I used to drink in the Bailey's Court............

...........15 years ago. I remember it opening.

Millens, Sea Mills, not one of those pre-fabs? I used to lock the car doors driving through Sea Mills. Nice view of the mud flats in the Gorge though!

<laugh><laugh><laugh> nicely put, ccfcremote

Blimey, I've not been in Bradley Stoke quite that long :emoticon-0141-whew:

Been there around 10 years, although I'm glad to say I've avoided picking up the awful accent me babbers....

Millens, if you'd said Sneyd park it wouldn't have been so bad mate but c'mon, you're bordering Lawrence Weston for heavens sake.... <yikes>

Lived in Bradley Stoke (The Worthys) for 5 years before heading oooop North. Come down occasionally to meet up with mates still there. My daughter was born in Southmead Hospital. :emoticon-0107-sweat Still considers herself Welsh though.

Played Rugby for North Bristol for 10 years so mixed with the locals. Didn't get as far as putting an 'l' on the end of all my vowels. Never forget Gareth Chilcot talking about Australial playing Western Samoal. Different accents between North of the River and South of the river as well.
