Well done for scoring them Steve and you can only score against what is in front of you but those banging on saying he deserves a chance really need to get a grip?! He's great for the last 20 mins and for the odd game but if we want top 2 we need some pace up top and a proper goalscorer...

Interestingly, other than the one Gallager pen none of who I believe will play a regular part, up front or anywhere, have scored yet - I am sure Sven knows this but wish he would get a move on...something doesn't seem right about the Routledge move, would Heskey score enough and Maynard, well, can we really think this will happen...time to close some deals1

Vassalunds are a third tier Swedish club playing in front of 250 fans a game. Howard may be able to bully four goals against them but he is found out at Championship level now. He is old, slow, only covers around 20msq of pitch a game, and constantly moans at refs. He is fine for 10 mins here and there when it's lump the ball up to get a last ditch equaliser. Kermit is a much better player who is purely villified for one penalty miss.

I seem to remember at the start of last season when DJ was banging in goals left, right and centre during pre-season friendlies and everyone was lauding him as the next best thing, the striker who could push us into the Premier League etc etc.

......... Look how that turned out.

Howard will be no more than a bit-part player this season, at best, and I think 99% of people with any sort of football brain realise this. If Kermit keeps his form up though, Sven could have a very handy squad player on his hands.

    What form?

He had a 'decent' game against IK Sirius but nothing else.

    He will be sold.

At least I hope so because he is a dick.

Because he showed no respect to the club that pays his extortionate wages in a football match that meant a lot to every Leicester fan.

Whatever the rights and wrongs of the playoff semifinal 2 seasons ago we run the risk of sounding like the Leeds and Florist fans if we keep banging on about 1 poor decision a player made a lifetime ago.
If Sven doesnt think Kermit can do a job he will get rid of him and if Sven thinks Kermit has a job to do here we should trust his judgement. On the subject of Howards goals he will not be given the time or space to score in the championship that he had on Monday against a team that were running out of ideas and energy.
    Sorry Steve

Thats a bit harsh, i admit he was trying to be clever, but Sven is giving everyone a clean start, if he earns his place, then fair do's.

He will get boo'd when he comes on, and will need to score regularly to get the fans back on side.

It doesnt matter who you are playing against you still have to stick the ball in the net. Howard wont be prolific we know that. He has scored 10 goals in the last 2 seasons so but he adds alot more to the team then goals, we create so much when he plays

Mate, that's total bollocks - he missed a pen - that's all. If you want to apportion blame then look at Mandy who had Sousa siting next to him as guest of honour for teh Cardiff game or look at Wayne Brown the racist twat that messed with our camp, squad, players, and game plan.

Burmese, I'd treat Andys replies with a pinch of salt - yesterday he was advocating Billy Sharp for our team!! (I think he may be a Forest fan really (Andy, joke mate!))

Yes, a penalty that if he scored it we may have ended up being promoted.

Earning over 90m and then playing the best teams in the world.

But yes, no big deal. I'm sure Peterborough will be great.

I never said I appreciate what Wayne Brown did either did I?

He's as much of a dick.

    Yes, Billy Sharp.

The same guy that has scored 15 goals in the last two seasons with 63 games played.

That's a better record than Nicky '5m' Maynard and not far off Yakubu '55k p/w' Aiyegbeni.

Not to mention he plays in a squad that is always fighting relegation.

Whats done is done, if Sven thinks Kermorgant has something to offer then we should support him, you dont have to become his biggest fan but just give him a chance. It is going to take alot of character from Kermorgant to try and win us over, something i dont think he has got but i will give him a chance if Sven will

It sounds like your being a dick now mate.

Waggy put effort into the penalty and unfortunately missed.

If Kermorgant wasnt such a cocky **** and did the same I wouldn't have minded.

Instead he thought he was much bigger than the team and chipped it.

Don't talk out your arse mate.

I would rather someone not take a penalty if he is gonna chip it for an easy save.

So you can blast a pen and it's "Pashun" but if you attempt to be cunning you are a dick. What about Gally when he turns his back on the keeper and then shoots...is he a dick next time he misses. This whole Kermit thing gets me. He missed a pen, granted it didnt look too clever but his miss is no different to a player that blasts a pen. If you ask me he went to place it above a keeper that should have dived but he lost his bottle and powder puffed the chip - plenty of players send it down the middle. He didn't think he was above the club, you deduce that from the fact he fluffed a pen - do me a favour and don't ever do jury service. ;-)
