A bit of a long shot , I know....but does anyone know Howard Spriggs and have any news on him.
A truly impressive Head teacher at Llanishen Primary, I first met him when reviewing the school as a potential one for my kids, when I moved to Llanishen for a few years (1987 to 1992). He appeared in football boots and shirt tails waving after playing football with the kids. he knew every child by name and character. He was a huge CCFC supporter and did BBC Wales commentary on Cardiff matches, usually in Welsh but sometimes in English. He motored everywhere in his Moggy Minor...maybe better described as aiming his car rather that driving!! Once a year he had CCFC players to call at the school and took a group down there too.
I tried to Google his name but got nowhere and wondered if anyone knew anything of him. I have often wondered if he is still about and what he is doing.
