it is silly season again .. with even bigger 10 man inflatables loaded with 30 or more male immigrants crossing the channel. Macron not likely to want to help... PENNE certainly wont ... and we spend £1-200m paying the French to stop them and is a waste of money.

We are now in the process of welcoming upwards of 30,000 Ukrainians for at least 3 years. they get immediate work permits and a lot are integrating into homes here. OK it is not complete families as males cant legally! leave UKRAINE ... BUT a good number of the under 60's female above 16 -18 are welcome to take on jobs. Ok cynical I know but we do need peeps to cover the jobs the sponging lazy local s who want freebie handouts wont take on!!!

We are a bit slow at times in processing but males from anywhere other than deserving AFGHANS [+Families ] are a strain on our ability to support them. A lot come from Africa continent and expect class A accomodation when they arrive .. complain when they get put in ex barracks with a fence around them .. % is 80 males of age 15- 40!

The latest plan based on the AUSTRALIAN template might cost money ... but why pay the french to do nothing ...they come anyway! There is 30 plus cruise liners doing nothing and likely to go for scrap .. 1 trip a month to the proposed REHAB in their own continent will rehouse a thousand or so... maybe 12000 in summer silly season crossing the channel! RWANDA a n idea that may work!

What makes me laugh is the number of Tory MP’s who evidence the fact they are not against immigration, by saying their ancestors were indeed immigrants, maybe we should make amends for allowing their ancestors in, by rounding them all up and sending them , along with their offspring MP’s to Rwanda now. Now that’s a plan I could agree too.

There is a difference between legal migrant and illegal.. a very high % of the channel crossers are freeloaders ... wont go into crimes associated with different country illegals but % wise is very high! Not sure if ONS publish similar details now, politically correctness etc!!!! but a few years ago a table was published and it is frightening............ crimes [ type ] perps [ race creed or colour ].
Did see one of those police progs .. border something or dept in a police force. Went to check a chinese? illegal in a kitchen and spotted a pile of stuff in property close by new and 1 or 2 of things... 2 weeks later afer surveillance caught a gang of illegal immigrants who had been robbing and assaulting people some were hospitalized and although some months later one picked 2 out of ID LINE. Of the 5 2? from middle east 3? from Africa continent. 1 got 12 years but was being investigated for a murder ......!

It was quoted yesterday that 97% of those that arrive illegally are granted citizenship once processed, their way of arrival is illegal their status isn’t. We’ve seen with the Ukrainians how slow and cumbersome our system is. I’ve no problem with people that aren’t really migrant ‘s being denied entry, or even sent to Rwanda or wherever, but we must improve our system to allow genuine refugees in.

THERE HAS BEEN a plane patrolling the French coast from north of Dunkirk so south of Bolougne noticed a couple of times last few days [ 7 -10 ]. DUNKIRK/GRAVELINES/CALAIS seems most concentrated. maybe with elections/ or guilt about taking our money!...

What makes me laugh about Left wing MP's and the Left as a Labour voter is how facile and child like the boilerplate ideological points, they make about immigration are.

Many of us have ancestors who are immigrants, but comparing now to ? Is uneven and foolish. Immigration, net immigration into this Country could be measured in the tens of thousands, now its hundreds of thousands. Areas like Barking and Dagenham in London in the last few decades have seen increases in migrant numbers in the hundreds of %. The impact on social fabric is - The demographic shift? The pressure on housing and services?

And yet we still have a labour shortage now we’ve left the EU, and the supply of cheap Europeans has dried up.

    Your point?

You view humans as cheap labour sources? What does this cheap source of Labour do to the wages of the indigenous and migrant workforce of the UK? Depress wages. Make working class people worse off.

because the "illegals" wont work ...legally!
It is an opportunity to take stock of all that has happened pre war 111 and since Jan 2019. How can we have 3million unemployed and yet need 4 million jobs. Because it is made to easy not to work... benefits/ food banks /etc .
1 thing is for sure. Should labour get in ...HEAVEN FORBID" in the next election it will not be a usual soft cushion landing... they will not have as they have the 3 times they got in a nice rosy bank balance, and prospect of £10trn of new oil revenue. the gullible people that put them there will suffer a fate worse than being water boarded [ gullible = those that vote without thinking of the consequences or simply because they oppose the whatever .gov is in power or because they do not a certain individual... nose to spite face peeps].
The good news is in the short term the poor Ukrainian people without home or job that come here are likely to be more inclined to work. 3 years plus will follow now and all countries in Europe will foster a better life in the future embracing ukrainians. [ as we and europe have with the polish peeps from 1940 onwards.]

As usual you talk nonsense. Food banks aren’t a life choice, they’re because peeps “in you talk” are so short of money they’d go hungry if it wasn’t for the good nature of other “peeps” . Many of the people on benefits are working as well. There always have been people that abuse the system.
Short termism means you don’t fund things like the police and the NHS properly, you may seem to be better off but services are ru down, often to the point of collapse. The problem with that strategy is it actually costs more to build them back up again than it would have to maintain them all along. It’s why when Labour gets in after years of Tories neglecting services, they have to spend a lot to get them back to reasonable levels. The NHS was in the sh*t even before COVID, and the police were thousands of officers short. Education was struggling to employ and retain teachers. If you are happy to put up with a Tory party that wouldn’t know honesty, truth and integrity if it bit them, good luck to you, but you’re the gullible one.

Grow up, I listen to lots of political programs, and follow politics , I cant find quotes for everything I watch, even if I wanted to, which I don’t , to suggest it’s not a fact if I don’t produce a quote is childish,
