    Reasons the article is bollocks:

    1) It's in the Daily Mail
    2) If Ecclestone sells to someone other than Briatore it's likely to see the Mittals increase their share first and they're already on the board in the form of Amit Bhatia (Mr Mittal's son-in-law) so it's not likely to affect Warnock's position negatively.
    3) A £15k/week wage limit would be lower than the wages they already have people on. You don't get a £25M cost of sales in your accounts if your top earner is on £10k, which I seem to recall is what their 3rd choice rightback/defensive midfielder (Liegertwood) was given when he signed his new contract.

Other than that, I don't see them spending a ridiculous amount despite the owners' wealth, they're going to be about £30M in the red at the moment so they're going to want to pull some of that back in the next few years now that their income is guaranteed to be so much higher. Either way Warnock must have known that when he arrived at the club so there shouldn't be disagreement over it now. He is nearer to leaving the club than he was yesterday, but only because some day in the future he will and that day is now one day closer.

I wouldn't be surprised if Warnock got the elbow, but I don't believe those numbers at all and the Mail is just a waste of paper.

Warnock's been linked with West Ham for a month or two now. This could just be a rehash of the old rumours or maybe signs that the old rumours had legs...and a moustache.

They might have a bit more cash to spend once the season ticket money comes in. Apparently (unconfirmed reports) they've been considering a 90% increase in price but are going to settle for a reasonable(lol) 35% increase instead.

The report says that means the most expensive season tickets there will go up by around £250. Doing a bit of maths that means they're going to cost £965 (35% increase on £715 = £250.25 giving £965.25) or about £50 a game.

Oh, and their gate receipts will be big as well (as far as newly promoted clubs go). They sold out this season because they restricted it to 8,600 season tickets wit everyone else having to pay on the door, next year they're increasing the limit to 9,000 so they're going to have the same again paying the pay on the day prices.

Edit: By way of comparison, my ticket is now the most expensive it's ever been at £350. The season we got promoted from D3 it was £270 which is an increase in 8 seasons of 29%, or 3.3% a season. I think someone at QPR has got the decimal point in the wrong place.
