I am fed up with hearing "Cisse let his team mates down", "Barton let his teammates down" and now "Diakite let his teammates down".

All the players today let the team down.

SWP - some nice runs then doesn't know what to do and just gives it away.

Adel - two or three nice touches, otherwise poor passing and got himself into trouble too often. Shots were woeful.

Barton - has a go at Adel, then can't even put a dead ball into the right area. (Why does he hit the thing too long?)

Zamora - was he on the pitch?

Onuoha - couple of very important tackles. Looked slow at times, but made some good runs up the right, in space ... only to be ignored.

Kenny - worries me every time the ball goes near the goal.

Hill and Ferdinand - caught out too often, slow, too busy with their hand up, not trying to get back.

Taiwo - defended quite well when in position, coming forward gave the ball away too often ... leaving himself out of position.

Mackie - tries hard. (nuff said)

Diakite - Looks okay coming forward, defensively he is a tit.

Cant disagree with anything there. Pinning my final hopes on Cisses return.

    There are some positives:-

    1) We surely must be better in the Prem than we are in the fair play league.

    2) We've reduced the impact of the ACON - now less than the impact of suspensions.

    Another positive

    3) How much worse can it get?

    A) Relegation

    B) Coming to the horrific understanding that you have 2 strikers who must be on £60,000 a week each

    C) Everyone else in the PL laughs at the nouveau-riche club that failed miserably on the notion that "premier league experience" is absolutely essential, both Swansea and Norwich have destroyed that myth

    D) Realising your squad is probably one of the worst in the PL, I mean HONESTLY, suggest one player who would be good enough for a top10 side?

    E) Sacking Neil Warnock was a grave error, look at what he did for your club! By comparison, Hughes is a joke.

    F) Ipswich will be more than happy to play you next season :emoticon-0116-evilg

Oh come on, the reason we're so angry is that our squad is much better than those around us <doh>

I cannot remember any other PL team wanting in all seriousness to buy Barton, SWP, DJ Campbell, Boothroyd, Cisse, Zamora, Macheda, Taiwo or Diakite (9 players)

Please name one such good player?

On paper, our squad is better than Wolves, Blackburn's, Bolton's and Wigan's, yet we're playing ****e.

Why do you canaries feel the need to come on our board so much anyway? <laugh>

Do you have a point to make, other than gloating at us when we are down?

    Totally agree.

Everyone was pinning there hopes on this so called winnable run of matches & to put simply the players have blown in it & forget letting the teammates down they've completely let the fans & the club down.

Sorry Skinman - but I think you're wrong about comparative quality of the squads. Look at Wolves for instance (who seemed likely to implode last week) - they have Doyle, Jarvis, Fletcher, Hennesey, O'Hara - all of whom would walk into your team.

Mmmm, I would take maybe Doyle/Hennessey and definitely Jarvis but that's it I think.

Taiwo, Young, Onouha, Cisse would easily get in Wolves team.

SWP and Barton would probably too, based on reputation if anything.

Probably a couple more too <ok>

Has the penny STILL not dropped that you win fook all with reputations? <doh>

I think the funniest thing on this thread from someone who said Diakite "looks alright going forward" <laugh><laugh> Talk about scraping the barrel, he was on the pitch for half an hour and conspired to make five bookable challenges <laugh><laugh>

Forgive us a little gloating, but it wasn't that long ago we had Koo Pee Arr crawling all over our boards giving it the big one so I think it's only fair if you ask me <cheers>

Nice going Sid. **** all we can say atm tbf. We have been poor all season and disappointed many fans who had what were, imo anyway, unrealistic expectations. We are round about where I expected us to be at the start of the season, and, if we're here come May, I won't be complaining. If we do go down I'd like to think the owners have learnt from their mistakes so far. You dropped two divisions and your owners learnt theirs (or maybe just lucked out by giving a job to the man who'd just handed Norwich's arse right back to them on a plate). And if we do go down, so what? We've been in much worse situations recently. We'll be back.

Someone on here mentioned Jethro Tull the other day and it's true life is a long song. So's life as a football fan. Things can change so quickly. Don't believe me then look at your own recent history. 2 1/2 years ago, recently demoted to the third tier, you were demolished 1-7 at home to Colchester. Look at you now.

Time moves on and things change. Like I say I've nothing to say back atm. Next time we're on an upswing relative to you I look forward to ramming your petty spite and malice right back down your throat. Enjoy it while it lasts plum.

    Well said Telford.
If the roles were reversed i'd never dream of going on their boards and giving it.
Football is a fickle game indeed.

I was saying that they would get in the Wolves team based on reputation if anything, not that their reputation would make Wolves win every match? Learn to read, it could be helpful in life <ok>

I don't think they're here to read anything Skinman They're just out to get a reaction by kicking us while we're down. Nice to have ambition eh? <laugh>
