    It is Bryan Robson, he was allegedly filmed brokering dodgy deals with foreign investors on how to buy two football clubs and build them up to premier league then sell for big profits..he said he could help them with transfers and the target teams should be Birmingham,Leicester,Sheffield united,and the big money punt..Sheffield Wednesday
