After most of you guys watched the sensation that is Jordan Rhodes, demolish Wycombe by scoring 5 classy striker goals. I am wondering how much would you bid for him? For me personally, £6million would be the top amount I would pay.
U mean the L1 game where the pre season promotion favourites beat 2nd bottom of the league. Yes, 5 goals is impressive like I have already said. But 6 million is way to much, and I think Hudders would more than that now. So no thanks
I think he's worth £6 million, but I wouldn't want to pay any more than £3.5 million. No Championship club should ever be paying £6 million for a player (excluding the completely unrealistic options like Messi).
£2.5m pls add ons. Wouldn't splash out just because he scored a few goals in the same game... No doubt Clark will now think he is worth £10m!
I'd draw the line at £6m. It's a lot, but he's only 21 and probably the best striker around that we have a remote chance of signing.
Don't see why there is suddenly loads of threads about Rhodes, its not like we have a chance of getting him. Will definately end up at West Ham or in the Prem.
this bloke is a future england star!!! he will be playing for england one day and a top 4 club. if we spend 8m on him then we are almost guaranteed to get at least that when we sell on, if we sell on. he could be the final piece in the jigsaw to get us to the premiership. that is worth 90m. i would be willing to take that risk,
