Slade looks a decent bloke but there are reasons why he has been a manager of the bottom divisions all these years without anyone really interested in him because nobody can call him a rookie manager, he has football experience and He needs money in January to see if he can spend it well. I think promotion is way off the scale this season but if tan can accept that and backs Slade then you never know.
