Carew would probaly leave on a free transfer, he'll probaly go to a Norway league team, Sam Baldock has apparently been put on the loan market regardless if they got promoted or not, Piquionne may leave, Ravel Morrison is apparently having his contract terminated and Joey O'brien will probaly leave aswell

Many will have to go IF West Ham want to stay up. They have about 8 players who are good enough for the PL at the moment. imo. TWT as always.
To be fair so did Norwich & Swansea. I don't think it's the quality of players, it's where their heads are at. If they get big headed then they'll struggle. But if they are more down to earth then they could stand a chance of repeating Norwich & Swansea.

Would not surprise me to find Big Sam surplus to requirements. He's done his job - the owners may quickly start looking elsewhere to replace. Image and all that.
