How many players will we bring in??

    How many new players will we bring in this summer???
    I believe 5 or 6??
    Now this worries me a bit, because if we lose are core players Nolan,Barton and Jose. I don't see us improving much next year as we will still have a small squad?
    And new players that may take time to adopt to the league.

    New to posting by the way, but been reading the boards for sometime.

    Perhaps two or three on loan or free transfers and maybe one token player at low cost.

    I see us selling Barton and Jose along with Nolan. And us bringing in Ba, Erding, Taylor and Gardner along with Cabaye (something along those lines anyway)

    Pardew's quoted as saying he still wants 5 more. We have Cabaye, and want Ba, Taylor and Erdinc which still leaves 2 more. One being Nolan's replacement presumably (Brown/Gardner?)
