First there are rumours about pompey's Henderson and now today Brad Guzan from Aston Villa has been thrown into the hat. Supposedly we are looking at bringing him in on loan with a possible view to buy. Thoughts?
Bar Neil Alexander...i personally think that Fulop is by far the best keeper we have had since Wrighty's early days. We should never have got rid of him...and i'm guessing he's gutted to have left too now, seeing as he's warming the bench up nicely at the baggies.
Whilst I see why we got rid of Fulop because he was a decent goalkeeper, not brilliant but probably on high wages, selling him and not having a real replacement was the problem. Alexander was definitely the best goalkeeper we've had sincee the Wright early days but lets not forget Davis aswell, a good solid goalkeeper, may not have been the best a rushing off his line but reflex saves were superb and he was very reliable.
