    Hi Folks,

Just wanted to ask if anyone knows how many players have played for us since the clubs' inception ?

Meaning, every player signed, regardless whether they played a whole game or came on as a sub.

    ALSO,

What do you think of having a 'Player Number' on each specific shirt .............. like they do in cricket.
    ( see example )

Well, we had 42 different players last season alone, compared to about 17 in 1975-76.

They only do that for international cricket don't they? Your plan would entail BAE, Jose Boswinga etc etc having a unique QPR identifier in perpetuity.........

Yes, each player has a number.
Those type of players are with all clubs so I tend to think they will fade away of the planet.

I like the idea of club numbers.

I doubt that even Bushman could answer this accurately! Although, no doubt he has the records & could arrive at an answer.

Provided his abbacus is working, that is!

Personally, I still prefer the side that is on the pitch being numbered one to eleven.
