I apologise for bringing this to a football forum, but I hope you will forgive me and join me in condemning the low-life scum that did this! Birching is too good for this bastard, and if that upsets the do-gooders, tough ****! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-birmingham-17989858
No need to apologise, David. It was probably some tosser high on drink and drugs looking for any sort of money so he could get his next hit. Prison really is too good for these sort of people.
Senseless crime, hate to read things like this. Hope they catch whoever did it and they get what they deserve.
But thats totaly not the case Carra Nothing was stollen !! This was the work of a low life peice of **** that when caught should have a red hot poker shoved up there arse every day for the rest of there lives! But if caught will get some liberal lefty do gooder sprouting some **** about being abused ect ect and we need to help them not punish them...grrrr fecking scum !! Rant over sorry.
I bet he was looking for it, and when she said she didn't have any money, he thought he'd teach her a lesson.
I have zero tolerance to low life scum, particularly those who are active anywhere near me. I have a police caution for taking matters into my own hands against a sozzled drug taking tosser who thought he could get away with it. The meassage is on my steet, You won't get away with anything. Drunken tossers who leave supermarket trollies in the road for cars to hit or bend back windscreen wipers for the fun off it get threatened with physical violence in my neighbourhood. My neighbours and I may be seen as viglilantes but we have had no trouble for two years now. You can say they have just move somewhere else but if everybody said NO! then this poor lady would be enjoying the twilight of her life instead of living in fear for the rest of it. There is no such thing as do gooders. There are do nothings and appeasers. Join your Neighbourhood Watch. Draw a line in the sand.
Good news is that the person who did this, if found guilty, will receive a minimum of a life sentence (15 years). No doubt the judge will increase the sentence though. Sad thing is, as a law student, I've seen cases just as bad that make you feel sick having sat in Norwich Crown and Magistrates' courts. You really do wonder how someone could bring themself to do this sort of thing. I will be studying Child law next year and I fear many cold showers await me.
Dave this is sadly a result of decades of namby-pamby liberalism in this country fostered by the "anything goes" culture. This country has turned into a nation of "victims" who are allowed to get away with this barbarity due to "poverty, depravation and poor education" complete crap! We are told that we shouldn't blame or condem these low-life as they are simply a product of poverty and bad environment over nuture. We now live in a country that actively encourages feckless behaviour and irresponsible behaviour through selfeshness and greed without suffering any consequences and then people wonder why we have ended up with this cesspit. Even 40 years ago when I was growing up we were always taught to respect authority by our parents. Now the ****ing children can sue the teachers! Unfortunately we don't run our own country anymore and the decent silent majority should just shut up and pay their taxes! - Sorry for the rant - It makes my blood ****ing boil!
A lot of you won't appreciate this for various reasons, and I do assure you that for sheer foam at the mouth rabid right wingery I can compete with the best of you,but for me Tony Blair hit it right on the head with "Tough on crime,Tough on the causes of crime". It is no good tacking one without the other. One of my old lecturers used to say that English Law was even handed.A policeman would arrest a rich man drunk in the gutter just as he would a poor man...but the former would have to walk half a mile down his drive to reach the gutter. It seemed ironic to me that JWM's appeal for a return to old fashioned values was scattered with ****'s.
We are a sick country and getting worse by the week. It is all very sad, I used to be proud to be British but the whole ethos of what we stood for and indeed the sort of people we were - people who thought a cream cake was a bit decadent (you know the sort) it has all gone now and replaced by asylum seeking lying scumbags, low lifers and tw*ts of all races and colours. The picture on this thread encapsulates the decline. All very sad.
I'm with you Redruth, I too have a police caution for threatening behaviour! The social services decided in their wisdom to re-house a scumbag family of 8 in the old vicarage in the lovely quiet village where I live. Within days the local area was subjected to a spate of petty crime and theft. I actually saw one of these louts in my back garden trying the handle on my garage door, I went out to challenge him, but he legged it over my fence and disappeared. I'd had things taken before, just silly stuff like the milk was getting nicked, and a couple of garden items gone missing, so I decided to call the police, they more or less immediatly told me that they didn't consider it serious enough to pay me or the louts a visit, even though I could identify them. Fine I said if you can't be bothered then I'll deal with it myself and put the phone down. Within a minute plod was back on the phone warning me about taking the law into my own hands, I gave them a mouthful about being a victim turned villian by their inactivity. They decided after that to pay me a visit, not to discuss the trespasser or the crime, but to give me talking to about my attitude. After they'd finished their lecture I asked if they were then going to have a similar conversation with the "criminal", No there isn't enough evidence, and nothing of value had been stolen!!! WHAT, I've seen this person on my property attempting to break into my garage, and, if we now went to their house I bet we would find the things they'd taken from my garden. Still no action from plod, and I was now furious with them, so in future if I see this bloke on my property there's no point in ringing you then? I asked. No reply just a glare, so I said, to protect my property and my family I will leave a garden fork in the porch, and the next person who I find on my property uninvited will get jabbed with it. Aha, this did get a response, a official police caution! Well done plod, I hope you're proud of yourselves. I did end up going to where the bloke lived, and told him what would happen to him if I ever caught on my property again. He and his family had more or less totally trashed the house they had been given by social services, broken windows, door smashed and from where I was standing skirting boards and door frames had been torn off the walls, presumably to be used as fuel. The outside of the property was just as bad, junk everywhere, in effect a lovely old house had been reduced to a slum. We did eventually get these low lives moved on, and I suppose thats what will happen to them everywhere they go. I don't feel sorry for them one bit, they get given everything on a plate, throw it back in the faces of people who are trying to help them, and continue to rob, steal and break the law with impunity. We need to wake up in this country, an old, helpless innocent lady has been battered to within an inch of her life by low life loose brained thugs, and I'm afraid that if they are ever caught will not be given the sentence they deserve. Why give them a 15 year sentence with a priviso that they must serve at least 7?????? ILD OTBC
My son's car windscreen so they scumbag could pinch my granddaughters pushchair from the back. Luckily, or so he thought, the CCTV they had installed would be good enough evidence to get the lad nicked. Oh No says Mr Plod, the film is too grainy. We can't do anything. The scumbag who did it ends up with a sore face and unable to shave for a while and complains about his treatment to the police. Mr Plod now finds the time to come round to my sons house to have a go at him. Having no chance to prove anything they were told to fcuk off. Of course he'll never be asked to join the Masonic Lodge now. If you step outside of the law, for ANY reason, you cannot step back into it when it suits.
House breakers can sue the householder if they trip and hurt themselves while illegally inside their property!
There was a famous case where a burglar fell through some rotten stairs and was injured. The house owner was sued for damages.
this country has long been falling apart. plus, there are many elements who are keen to pull it apart before it crumbles of its own accord. some people are sub-human scum for which no punishment is severe enough for my liking. i'm moving somewhere else, somewhere calmer... syria maybe...
