It's been years since we've identified a transfer target and gone on to sign him regardless of whatever other clubs were involved. That was when we had the finance and pulling power required. Now, all we get are the o'deas and O'Briens of this world. Useless individuals that wouldn't have cleaned boots at eland road ten years back. As long as were forced to pin our promotion hopes on these type of journeymen, the future will remain bleak. There was a time I, like many, used to get excited at the prospects of new signings and would scour all possible Leeds sites to see who might be coming to elland road. I'm not too bothered any more as our signings can be fitted nicely into two categories, average at best and no other club wanted them, or useless and also unwanted anywhere else. This is not the way back to the premiership

Morning Irish, got it in one. We won't compete financially in the transfer mkt until Papa Smurf moves on, something if I were a betting man I'd put a couple of quid on happening before the end of the season

Boring if I'm honest Boggers. I must admit I'm starting to wish I'd never bothered joining this forum. It's turning into the bbcs 606.
