Definitely playing, but still finding his feet in a new side in my opinion. His hold up play and ability to bring others into the game is already a step above what we are used to from a forward (eg Bent, Jones) so if he can start to knock a few in will prove a valuable addition.
Last game he was part of a few attacks that got us goals and would of scored if woodgate didnt score the own goal
Leading the line well mate, he has 2 assists in 3 games, which isnt bad at all considering he is playing up top alone and if your nor scoring then you should create and he is doing that. Its suprised me his willingness to run down the channels as well and he has a bit of pace about him. Link up play is good and a threat in the air and I expect him to get on the score sheet in the next 2 games, which are against Norwich & West Brom.
Echoing the comments on here, I've been very impressed with what I've seen of Bendtner so far. Think he will improve more aswell as he gets used to new team mates etc.
Very happy with his start, and in my opinion it is only a matter of time before he starts banging a few goals in...
Yes, a full house I think, still early days but looking good. Maybe at Arsenal he was a small fish in a big pool but here his ego can be accepted. I have to say when I heard all the stories about ego I wondered what we would get. His work rate is first class and I expect big things from him.
The stories about his ego are completely overblown I think you will find. He is just a victim of media sensationalisation.
Impressed me and I'm not one of his biggest fans but, he has got to score sooner rather than later or his head could drop hopefully he'll get his first tonight. rvf haven't seen any of the big head git I've been led to believe he was seems a good bloke, or maybe playing for us is a bit of a culture shock either way a good player. Humble pie all round for me.
