I have gone through all the remaining fixtures and this is how I see the bottom 3 finishing:

    Sunderland 31
    QPR 30
    Hull 29

How do you see it finishing?

No comment on the above thread due to not wanting to predict the bottom 3 at the end of the season .

It's going to be close, but I have said all season that the worst three sides in the division are Hull, QPR and Burnley (probably in that order), and I haven't seen anything to make me change my mind on that. Sunderland are a strange side that get hammered all the time but then will go and win a match. West Brom should be very thankful they have the 33 points on the board already, as I don't think they'll pick many more up. Villa were always going to have enough to survive.

Couldn't call it ... all I can say is that we have at least given ourselves a fighting chance ... we have the momentum but we have to keep it going ... Swansea next and we shouldn't forget that they gave us a real footballing lesson at their place ... for me our worst performance of the season as we never had a sniff ... we need to keep our momentum going, particularly whilst others are beginning to stutter ...

We can't get too carried awaay because both Hull and QPR put in pretty good performances last weekend ... Hull could easily have got something from their game but for Alex Bruce (once a fox always a fox <whistle>) having a rush of blood to the head and the Dramas gave Chelski a real test ... Burnley again were competitive ... only Sunderland were really a busted flush ... and that on the back of a win over Newcastle ... they now look decidedly wobbly and I suspect that the prospect of our pace will give John O'SoSlowShea sleepless nights before we play them ...

I hope this isn't one of those threads that comes back to bite us on the arse! Seriously though, lose to Swansea and we will all be thinking we'll be relegated, win and we'll be expecting top 4 next season!

Its going to be very tight for sure. I think Burnley are very underrated and have as good a chance at staying up as us. With QPR running out of games and Hull on a bad run I think they will be two of the three to go. With Villa and West Brom with points on the board its then down to us, Burnley and Sunderland. So Black Cats it is then.

Sunderland beat Newcastle 1-0 at home, and were probably expecting to survive comfortably.

One game can change everything, and whilst we're all optimistic at the moment, a defeat to Swansea could set us back to where we were just 2 weeks ago... And that is, basically relegated! <yikes>

You can choose any 3 of us, QPR, Burnley, Hull and Sunderland.

I certainly dont think Hull are in so much trouble as people make out, a couple of freak results and they will be safe.

We still need to win at least 1 more match than QPR, Burnley and Hull to stand any chance, so its still all on us to do.

Don't want to be pedantic but is there any chance this could be merged to the "who will do down?" thread?

    Either us or Burnley
    Sunderland
    QPR

I think that you will stay up, and the third place will be decided on who wins the game between us and Burnley. If we win, we stay up, if Burnley win, they stay up, we go down.

Think there will be more twists and turns than just that scenario.

    All hell breaks loose.
No seriously, probably Burnley to stay up because of their run-in.

I am very concerned about Hull actually - what you need at this time of the season in these battles is at least the ability to score which us, QPR, Burnley and Sunderland all possess - the only team that does not really have that is Hull.

i do think QPR will fall short and Burnley will - and probaby us to.

Problem is, the 3 of us, QPR and Burnley are arguably 3 of the most difficult teams to play at the moment and all see each other as winnable games.

Burnley are having trouble scoring recently too!

Yes, we are confident because we have Burnley, QPR and Sunderland to play.

But Burnley, QPR and Sunderland are confident too, because they have us to play ha!

I predicted Hull, Leicester and QPR to get relegated at the start of the season. Just for good measure I'm gonna stick with that <ok>

    Sorry guys
