I should have had a bet on the next manager yesterday when I suggested to Matt Gary Mac When you look at the list who can galvanise us all together who will get the fans buzzing Hockaday go away Hughton nice man but...so there is only one candidate Gary Mac How clever is Cellino he realised this and has given the fans exactly what they want I doff my cap to him lets hope Gary has some good players in mind and can get riud of the dross that pevades us Hunt Morrison Stewart Peltier Norris Kenny White all need to be shipped out and fast thgen lets get in some exiting new talent Will Ross stay now we have a fellow scot as a manager this will be interesting my thoughts are sell over £6m
Some guy on twitter claims he was shrinking with Gary Mac in Doha last night, pictures to prove it. Gary Mac not in uk today so how is Cellino interviewing him, over Skype maybe. When asked about the Leeds job he said he'd take it if offered but wouldn't confirm if he was offered it
The rumours have been rife since the first day of June, I mentioned it on the 2nd and I believe before that Michael_Messiah aka YWNBK managed to get him at 33/1 - If you had bet yesterday I think you would have got 2/1 if lucky I don't really know how I would feel about his appointment, it does show that Cellino has done his homework if he does appoint him as most fans would welcome the news? Was Cellino's choice of British over English when stating who would be the next man in charge another clue?
Absolutely. Wish I had listened. (Bet its not Sunny in Bardsey today. We're having thunder storms at the moment)

Haven't seen anything yet on new managers/coaches. But Gary Mac would ensure we played some decent stuff. But does he really have what it takes to move us on in the medium to long term? Not sure.
Hmm, not sure about Gary Mac. But as I said before that list really doesn't have anyone I'd be that keen on anyway except malky mackay and steve clarke but neither of those I believe are actually even being considered
people are saying Mackay but he has made some very bad buys costing his club millions Hughton not for me too nice no Gary M will do me
Hughton is a poor manager in my eyes. Not sure who you are referring to when your saying bad buys that malky mackay has made, even then Cellino is supposedly gonna be making the buys for us now anyway
Are Leeds fans really glad that McAllister is in the running again after he failed so spectacularly last time?
Gary Mac = disaster ... I really cannot believe the very poor quality of "coaches" Cellino is considering, and I guess its because no self respecting manager will dare risk ruining their careers working for this clown "For the sake of Leeds United he would break himself in two"
He had a win ratio of 40%, had us playing good football, then lost five league games in a row before losing to Histon. He didn't get half as much time to turn things around as McDermott. Think he's worth another go.
Beckford, Becchio, Howson, Delph, Kilkenny, Snodgrass, Johnson (who he opted to loan out) and Robinson (whether he'd be classed as a good player I don't know). Good list of players for League One yet after 21 games were sat 5 points outside the playoff places. He'd already had the last few months of the 07/08 season in charge so time wasn't really an excuse. Simply not good enough.
