He's ok, he goes through spells, tried hard when we took him back into the fold but then didn't play well as he tweeted himself, think he has a slight injury now. Could do well under the right manager but seems to only do good when joins a new team for a short period. Maybe because he's young he just gets bored and requires a different motivation. Overall I like the guy, he's definetly better than alot of our players but he just doesn't show it some times.
On a good day he's aggressive and hungry, reads the game well and is easily up to Championship standard ability wise. On bad days he goes missing. For my money he's had too many bad days with us. Good luck with your promotion push.
