Just how good a manager is Darren Ferguson? Has he found his level with you or do you think he could manage at a higher level? What style of play does he favour and can he change it if needed?
Ferg on his day is a good manger but he has faults like most mangers Don't really know if he could step up to beyond championship level time will tell Formations is where he is stubborn he prefers the diamond formation which I don't believe it suits our players and in a nutshell don't think he can change it during the game no plan b
He also seems stubbornly loyal to certain players, even when it is clear to everyone else they are not playing well enough he will still pick his 'favourites' if they are fit. What is clear is that the young players have enormous respect for him and his coaching staff, whether that is because of the 'Ferguson' name or his coaching ability/man management skills, only they know.
