    Been a member for a couple of weeks now

    But I still have no idea how to add a profile picture or a quote along the bottom of my comments <doh>

    could someone help me?

    Go to your settings:

    http://www.not606.com/usercp.php

    Scroll down and on the left of your screen you'll see My Settings. All the options are there including edit avatar, edit signature etc.
