My first thought was to experiment a bit, but on reflection that is demeaning to Norwich, and also a bit risky given our PL form. So I would try and find our best team, which is not proving an easy thing to do, and maybe not make too many changes.
So here goes, assuming all are fit and available.

    Cech
    Ivan
    Terry
    Luiz
    Cole
    Mikel
    Ramires
    Oscar
    Mata
    Schurrle
    Eto'o

Would look at 4 3 3 with Mata and Schurle outside Eto'o Picking 11 is hard enough, I'll leave the subs to you !!

I'd go with that CP! Cant really see any better choice, except if Jose picks his mate Lamps!

Lamps still has heaps to offer, but he can't play a full 90 mins 3 times a week anymore. He is a great asset off the bench or used sparingly. We will have to realise he won't be there next year. How we will replace him is anyones guess.
Is Essien injured ??? He's got to be worth a run as well.

If my memory serves me well, this game last year set a record that may never be beaten, what was it?

God I hate it when someone asks questions like this !!!!! Haven't got a clue, but here's a few guesses.
    1. Rafa wasn't booed.
    2. Torres scored.
    3. Luiz wasn't criticised.
    4. Mata had a bad game.
    5.Someone was quicker than Hazard.
    6.Mikel almost scored.
7.Ramires passed successfully to a team mate.
8.Cech kicked out from goal to a Chelsea player.
    9.Ivan bit someone.
    10.Lampard missed 2 penalties.

I've read the Chelsea mag with the match report on this and there's no reference to anything unique! A cracking goal from Mata with an assist by Oscar!

Team should be as Steau with Eto'o for injured Torres.

Great game, not at our best by any means but I thought overall we deserved 3 points. Hazard and Willian were superb off the bench and topped off with a wonder goal. Get in Chels.

We're beginning to look like possible champs! If we can up it another gear I reckon we might be good for 3pts against City!

    Hi Drogs

Not sure I agree 100% with that, hardly surprising I guess <laugh>

It was a really good game to watch, even on the end of a defeat but there were so many twits and turns throughout. Ba, Luiz and JT were immense in the first half and, yes, in the opening 15 minutes a 2 or 3 nil lead might not have been unreasonable, but having ridden through that period, Norwich grew in to the game to the point where Ba was not effective at all in the 2nd half, and even Luiz was getting a much harder time of it.

I really though City were going to get the 3rd goal, and sit back in the hope to keep you Blues out, but then another one of those twists. A little luck with Tettey making a mistake, quickly followed bu Ruddy suffering with the Joe Hart weak wrist syndrome.

No complaints about the last goal mind, that was a hell of a strike from the loose ball.

Overall, I feel a draw would have been fair but when a 'little' team plays a team with £80 million + on the bench, it is never going to be easy to get anything - even on our own turf.

I think we deserved the 3 points but Norwich gave us a top game. What a goal from Willian and the goal from Oscar was good too. Also a shout out to our away support which was again superb.

Mourinho won us that game with his subs bringing on Hazard and Willian. The difference between him and someone like Benitez.

If this is a crisis... some crisis! Onwards and upwards on all fronts!

norwichs undoing was going for the win, fair play to them for going for it but if they had sat back and played for a point they would of probably got it or maybe even nicked it

I think we were a little iffy there for a while, and have to agree that it was the subs that turned it around. Jose is a very clever man :emoticon-0103-cool:

Guess, not just the subs but change to 3 from 4 did for us!

we were everywher in the middle after Cole substitution..

Jose tried the same against Everton..

cant fathom how Lamps got thru full game.. he wasnt bad but rather unremarkable just like Mata!

Can't disagree with any of that (last part aside) but still think overall we were more effective going forward and defended very well in the final third - think your shot count shows it too! Credit to you though for not shutting up shop and trying to win the game after scoring and massive credit for not buckling completely after the 1st goal as many teams would've done.

Close but no cigar, free kicks were awarded for offside decisions, but no fouls for the entire first half. Don't think that has ever happened before or after thus far.
