It’s not compulsory, but they do offer this service to all men of a certain age. In my case, I received a home enema kit which I was expected to self administer a few hours before heading off for the hospital appointment. I got as far as lying down on the bathroom floor with a tube, funnel, and jug of hot water before thinking, “**** this for a game of soldiers”.

In my case i told them to forget that and if they wanted me to administer an enema it was being done when i was on site as with my luck there would be a bitch of a traffic jam and we all know when the enema would take full effect
They agreed and all was fine .
Jasp should really worry about the cystoscopy as that is ok when the person doing it is good but some of them are to be blunt are ****ing useless and then it really aint much fun .
