Before lockdown I was hoping to go down to a 3 day week . Our company put out a release package , voluntary redundancy in March and I am off . Yes I am in a fortunate position , modest but nice home and no mortgage. Just mrs j me and the cats . I’m not in the best of health , nothing scary , but since lockdown I’m thinking fu** it !

 

I miss being outside as an engineer , but they are treated like shut these days . Took a promotion years ago been office based ever since . Fortunately for the last 6 years been with a brilliant bunch of people , but yes , I do miss being outside .
