I'm not impressed with any of it.

I've climbed the rockery at East Park and even went as far as climbing into the tower type thing that reeked of piss.

    I'll leave it there.

Yeah **** that first one, don't like heights at all, the second one I'd have pissed it when I was a kid on a mountain bike.

Good to see you back Carmine <ok>

first time I went to new York and I looked up at the tall buildings I went giddy so there is no chance I am watching any of those mentals try to commit suicide...they should just sit down with a good book about knitting

Quite a lot of them have died, particular those building-jumping Parkour nutters.

What about the nutjobs who film them as well.
Imagine watching as one of them falls to their death.
I plan to stay as long as i can on this earth by avoiding doing crazy stuff like these nutters.

I'd happily do any of that, as long as I was roped just in case.
Otherwise one slip from death is a risk too far for me.

The hanging about and walking over the edge wouldn't worry me of I was tied.

I don't fear heights, I just fear the weird instinct to let go and free fall.

I hate it. It makes me feel all weird, and I actually go a bit dizzy, and think I might faint or throw up.

I'M NOT LYING WHEN I SAY THAT MY LEGS GO A BIT ODD AND I LOSE MY BREATH A BIT JUST LOOKING UP AT A TALL STRUCTURE.

Imagine my fear when I was on top of Blackpool tower, being encouraged to walk across the perspex bit.

C4 did a program on a British lad who does all this insanity, met some other nutters from the Ukraine where, I suppose, there is not much else to do.

Excruciating to watch. If you have an in-built terror of heights, this is just utterly incomprehensible madness.

    Well worth a watch.

I couldn't walk across that perspex bit in Blackpool Tower either.
Our lass managed to walk across it easily.
There were loads of little kids sprawled all over it and It made me feel like a right wimp.

It's not the height that frightens me...it's the falling that scares the **** out of me:emoticon-0119-puke:

They've painted a white outline of a body underneath it.

What sort of sick joke is that?!?

Once I'd got safely down to the bottom, got the colour back into my cheeks, and stopped crying - I was FUMING about it.

    Fuming.

    I disagree.
The falling bit would cause me to pass out.
Therefore, I wouldn't feel the stop bit of it.<laugh>

I did exactly the same. I was a little kid then.
When I was in my teens I would take risks but not for no point at all. Once 3 of us went in the middle of Bristol City fans in their end when there were about 1,500 of them.
Now I wouldn't do anything physically brave as I seem to be more aware of the consequences.
