    Hi all.

Very hungover today but still feeling on top of the world! Brilliant day yesterday capped by watching West Ham throw away two more points and another great interview with Adkins on OS. His pride and passion for Saints shone through and the tribute he paid to all our supporters was I thought superb.

I still find it hard to believe what we have achieved since Nigel joined. I have to pinch myself when I look at the table. Let's not forget this time last year we were all getting twitchy about Huddersfield and now it's looking more and more likely that we will be worrying about Man Utd and Chelsea next season.

An incredible ride and long may it continue!

Yeah exactly and imagine Norwich were thinking along the same similar lines this time last season and if you replicate them in the Prem then your be just fine <ok>

Cheers Steve! Clearly we will need some additions but we have some good youngsters coming through, a brilliant Chairman and manager and we have to be confident that we would more than hold our own.

I feel I am in a dream and dont want to wake up unless its all not real and Lowe is still in charge, and we are in the blue square playing 12 year olds, with a dodgy dutch manager.

I also feel a huge amount of pride in our club, our players, our manager and our Chairman. They continue to conduct themselves impeccably both on and off the pitch, and it is clear that the whole club is united as one. We have our club back after those dark dark days when all seemed lost. I read a stat yesterday that Sir Richard Lambert has only scored 87 goals in his three year stint at Saints. What a bargain he has proven to be, and i am sure that he will be scoring goals in the Premiership next season. COYRs

No probs Lamba and exactly which is why I say that Norwich & Swansea have really been a breath of fresh air for how they've fared in the Prem this season and your a bigger club than Swansea and arguably Norwich as well <ok>

You've a chairman who takes no **** as was proved when we tried to get Punch but he stuck to his guns and its was nice to see player power not winning the day for once <ok>

Despondent on Sunday but elated today. It's all up and down at the moment and could be nervy again by the weekend, but we're in such a good position now it's hard not to be excited. Even heard Adders on Radio 4 this morning talking about his career and sounding very positive. Nearly there!

Hearing Allardyce ask us for a favour reminds me that, for everybody else who isn't tried and tested in the tribulations of supporting the Saints, we're pretty much there. Based on our performances and run-in we really are in a strong position. But I don't feel overly confident just yet. Reading get held tonight and we win on Friday and then I'll drink myself into a promotion-induced stupor! Even though WHU are the team to watch, I feel uncomfortable with Reading breathing down our necks!

One game at a time... It's amazing how different a year makes. We are now quietly rooting for Brighton to beat Reading tonight and West Ham on Saturday. Beat Reading on Friday and i think we are there. Still annoyed i am missing it!
