    ****ing random vid from the club's official Youtube account. It's called how Defoe makes a glass of water but I was more entertained by the way he drinks it...

    1. Fill half a cup
    2. Sip half of that
    3. Chuck the rest away
    4. Spit out the bit in your mouth

    Side note : At the end of this there are the usual alternatives. Watch Michael Bridges' My Time at SAFC. One of the best, most heart-felt vids I've seen since Lawrie Reilly's (http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=Lawrie Reilly video&view=detail&mid=F7CE68BF1B9F212CECA2F7CE68BF1B9F212CECA2&FORM=VIRE1). Bridges was one of the unluckiest players I can remember. He was on the verge of England honours yet couldn't get a regular spot here because Quinn and Phillips were in full flow. After he left, he had an horrific list of injuries that blighted what should have been a much better career. I wish him all the very best.
