i say a Massive meat Raffle against boro any other ideas or raffle off the players shirts at the end of the game im sure people most people would buy at least one! i know its not going to raise lots but at least its something
Bums on seats. You need to fill the ground every game.Collection buckets, raffles, anything.Someone will help out.Waiting til the last day to get u at rock bottom price maybe.Keep the faith..........
Some of your former players on on very good wages now Defoe, Crouch, Diarra, Boateng, James, Nugent, Kranjcar plus many more. If they donated just 1 weeks wages that could give you a fighting chance of staying afloat long enough to find a buyer if they is anyone out there. With the debts being so high and you not having premiership income this time i cant see how you can survive but i hope you do. But if you dont AFC Wimbledon have shown there is a way back, start from the bottom and bring yourselfs back up Good luck lads
Huge fundraising effort to raise the money to buy the land from Gaydamak - sell part of it for development (the council will have no choice but to agree), use that money to buy the club from the administrator, £1 is all it's worth, funds used for running costs only. Leave Chanrai holding his mortgage over the ground and pay him rent only. pompey-dan - you didn't ask for "sensible" ideas
How about melting down all that silverware you keep going on about and sell on. Or How about auctioning a signed top of the league Saints Shirt at the next home game. Just a little light humour
Me neither. But I've heard that scrap metal is at a premium at the moment - so was thinking of dismantling some of Chanrai's stadium - wonder if the away end roof is made of metal
Yes I do know scrap metal is selling well and you could open the away end up as spring is in the air. There all this jovial chit chat and we have found a way of raising some funds. Well done 3rd eye.
No, don't you remember? Fratton Park is a "Listed Ancient Monument". You would never get permission to change anything or remove the roof. Blimey, it seems that you haven't even been allowed to upgrade the sanitation for a century! Here's a thought though. What if you went for plan "B", and then the city council make it clear that they are never going to allow any change of use. AFC Portsmouth agree a ground share with W&H. Might get rid of one of the blighters?
Someone on the Snooze website suggested looking at the league table to see which clubs would be effected by us dropping out the league and how much it is worth to them! If the Premier League is worth £40m a year to teams, at this stage West Ham would be deducted 6 points should we get liquidated - 6 points is surely worth say £6m to them? Maybe they can pay us to remain in business! (This is obviously a joke!)

AH but is it mike ? I watched your club supporters spokesman very cleverly drop the West Ham 6pt deduction in the conversation last night. It wouldn't bother me in the slightest if someone involved in West Ham gave you a donation. Maybe a certain person might feel guilty enough to give you a brown envelope with a large amount of cash in it.
I wasn't actually planning on getting permission Channon - was thinking more along the lines of reducing the value of Chan the Man's asset. As a Listed Ancient Monument he will no doubt be served with an order to replace said roof, even though no football is played there. I'm going for guerilla warfare - y'know, balaclava, dead of night kind of stuff.
Ok, I would hope it was a joke anyway! All PFC need to do now is to stay away from anything illegal - and I think a brown envelope with David Golds signature on it would smell of illegal!
Open an account in Monaco in the name of Rosie 48 and hope that the next time Arry is depositing a bung he forgets which year he was born!
Ok, suppose you get a few volunteers, all balaclavaed up, and dismantle the old girl under the cover of darkness, and rebuild it on Southsea common. Then the next morning, just say to any enquiry, "what"?
Can the administrator make redundancies without any repercussions? If they can would it not make financial sense to get rid of Ben Haim if he is as alleged on £36k per week
From what I've read player redundancies can only happen on liquidation - then they become free agents. The laws in Scotland are different to England & Wales so that may explain why Rangers are considering redundancies for some of their players.
