I believe if Arsenal signed Scott Parker, someone you need as he has great graft about him and is willing to take the challenge on when needed. He would also add valuable experience to Arsenal and wouldn't cost much. Charles N'Zogbia a very good talent and you might say, he is just from Wigan but so was Antonio Valencia and he is a very good player for us. At 24 he is a player for now and has his best years ahead of him and is a proven Pl player. He is a proper winger and a very good one at that and a player which would vastly improve Arsenal but cost so little for a player of his quality. Subotic, this player is probably the hardest of the 3 to buy but he is a very good defender, tall, powerful and likened to Vidic and someone which would vastly improve your frail defense. It would help you in set pieces, something you struggle on. I believe these are 3 players Arsenal should target because they would cost quite little except Subotic which would be the luxury buy if Wengar is willing, but do you agree? I believe it would bring you much needed versatility, steal in midfield and strength at the back.
I would prefer a proper holding midfielder to Scott Parker but I guess I wouldn't say no to him. I remember he played the holding midfield role well for England against Wales but I guess it is Wales. Actually wouldn't mind N'zogbia as it would be nice to have someone who is able to cross well consistently but I agree with PNE that he shouldn't be a priority. As for Subotic I have always maintained that we don't need any new defenders.
