One for the thread from my blog - "However it was two other runners in the race that really caught the eye, with Well Regarded running a taking race to finish second. The horse made a really bad mistake on the first circuit and dropped off the pace, and he was given a patient ride to get back into the race, making up ground on the second circuit and then looked to travel the best before flattening out in the finishing straight. I think he was a little novicey, and if the yard can get him more practice over fences we can see him improve past Hildisvini this season. "
Well Regarded. Was at Emma Lavelle's today and she was waxing lyrical about this horse. Looked a nice type as well.
A horse I put up as one to follow runs today, Well Regarded, but he isn't a bet today because the yard are still struggling to get winners and the ground is likely to be dodgy at best. One to watch today though.
