Good luck sportform. I'm afraid it's too detailed for me. There is a lot of low level racing. However, I think all horses should be allowed to race, even if it is for fun with no betting involved. Maybe just keep these races off the daily newspaper so it appears there is less racing (eg only those cards with more than £x prize money appear in the dailies). As regards "All Weather" racing I think surfaces will only get better and more modern tracks will be established with more money pumped in to attract top class horses
