Horizontal Stripes

    I know the attached clip is in Black and White but can someone tell me what the tops are that a lot of the rioters are wearing?
    They seem to have Horizontal stripes on them and I wonder if they represent a gang or association which the rioters may feel some sort of affiliation with?

    that to me looks like a group of men armed to the teeth with chibs and devil dugs top to toe in body armour cornering a bunch of defenceless people who are trying to have a good time. funny how none of their brutal assaults wer caught on cctv eh?
