Am I the only person who feels worse now than when we got relegated? I hated that slide to what seemed an inevitable relegation, but once it happened I felt a kind of hope for the future. Hughton had gone, we could build again after all the negativity that had built up over two years, and we still had a good squad of players. Now I feel gutted. We clearly have a Board who a) treat the fans with complete disdain b) have no serious ambitions other than being 'little old Norwich' (Susan B - note the quotation marks) and assume that 26,000 will buy season tickets even if we are relegated again. Not even the managers where I work could screw it up as badly as these guys. This is how awful they are. This is nothing against Adams - we have no way of judging him. This is about a Board that obviously think the fans are complete idiots (look at Bowkett's statements today) and would like to replace us with blow-up dolls who are programmed to rattle our clappers at twenty-second intervals.
