Birmingham and Cardiff drew today aswell. Teams around us are dropping points so we need to take advantage now.
After what most of us would consider to have been a very poor season, including embarrassing thrashings at home against Blackpool, Birmingham and Forest, amazingly with only seven games remaining our destiny is still very much in our own hands. Unbelievable really. Win our remaining home games (all very winnable) and four or five points from the tough away fixtures at Reading, Blackpool and Cardiff, and sixth place is secured. It really doesn't matter how other results go, all the teams above us still to play each other, points will be dropped.
Good post LiE. Still think we'll need a big slice of luck. But something out of the Cardiff, Reading & non reflective Pool games might just see us home.
