Police dispersed disorderly fans at pub before QPR game

Police were called to a Watford pub before the Hornets kicked off against QPR yesterday.

Officers went to the Estcourt Tavern in Estcourt Road at 11.20am after reports of violence between rival fans.

However, no offences were reported to the police and the group causing the disturbance left before officers arrived.

Fans also reported fights before and after the match in other venues, but no reports were made to the police

 

It had to be before the game, they would all have been fast asleep by the end of it!...
