THE number of football hooligans slapped with banning orders following Exeter City matches has more than doubled in the last year.

And arrests at Grecians' games have risen by a massive 76 per cent over the last season tut tut lol

Lol I know its hard to believe but they all have EX postcodes although we were brought into it because the club are saying if you take out the arrests made at the Plymouth game then its only gone up 3 or 4%

After the final game against Exeter I was waiting in the City Centre for my wife (who I'd foolishly let loose with my credit card again whilst I watched a generally dismal Argyle performance), a large group of Exeter fans we congregating. Although sh!tting myself leaning on a wall in my green shirt hoping they'd mistake the Red Ginsters badge as some sort of ECFC leisureware, I couldn't help but here of the plot to ambush the Argyle fans leaving the ground. As the large number pursued their quarry, I cowardly retreated the the King William Street Car Park. It does not surprise me to hear of such a large number of arrests simply because of the sheer volume of Exeter fans involved.

Not cowardly greens, it's called strategic withdrawal. You ask the military.

It's called saving the General's arse in the Army. It's called being "sensible" in civvy street.
