Not sure if it's been done (can;t find anything from todays' posts) but:

Sunderland are continuing to monitor Stoke defender Robert Huth despite the Potters hoping to secure him on a new deal this summer.

The German international defender has just over 12 months to run on his current deal and Stoke boss Tony Pulis is keen to tie him down to a new extended contract as soon as possible.

Talks have so far failed to reach a successful conclusion and there have been suggestions that both Sunderland and Everton are watching developments and are poised to make a move.

Pulis is still hopeful of wrapping up a deal but it is thought he will not look to cash in on the player and will let him run his contract down if he does not pen a new one.

"We are desperately keen to sort out Robert's future," Pulis revealed. "We have been talking to him for some time but whatever happens, he won't be sold.

"I'm hopeful something will be sorted by the time we come back for pre-season training in July.

"He's obviously a player who is valued and the supporters have taken to him because of the way he approaches the game."

If he fails to sort out a new contract, however, Black Cats boss Martin O'Neill will weigh up whether to make a summer offer for the former Chelsea centre-back.

On a free? Although he is a dirty bastard and won't get away with it at Sunderland

can't see this happening as we're apparrantly close to agreeing a deal for cueller. I'd personally have him like, very good defender and also gets his fair share of goals from set pieces,

centre back scores goals untill he pulls a Sunderland shirt on,

Maybe we should let him play in his Stoke shirt and hopefully no-one will notice

    True mind.

Didn't Tina score 2 in first 3 or summat, then started wearing toblerone packets for boots and a 50p shaped headpiece!.
