A difficult one this but surely the yard would be having more winners with a stronger jockey on board. Several times I have seen their horses lose when the races looked there for the taking. Floral Patches was the latest glaring example and there were a few bumpers last season that didnt seem to get the lift necessary.
Today on Dorset Naga, Rachel charted a course well wide of the others. This horse is a puller and needs dropping in behind runners and anchoring.
Aiden Coleman has a 33% srike rate for the yard. Speaks volumes to me!

I was on Floral Patches (heavily) and Dorset Naga (heavily) at 8/1 and 6/1 respectively so I agree with what you're saying. She's very good on bumper horses that need to be dropped out the back to be fair to her. It's an unusual trainer/jockey relationship though so I can't see a change unless an owner demands Coleman on board.

On Floral Patches I think (without checking) it was Paddy Brennan who rode the winner. That was a beaten horse at the last but he saw who he was riding against and kept at it for the win.

Having said that I think they'll win the bumper tomorrow at Market Rasen.

Hard one alrigth but you have to respect the reasons she's there although i too would prob change!

I posted much the same on the Daily Thread that the horse today was given a poor ride and she looked weak handling a large 'chaser.

I don't doubt she is a gifted rider and would see her employment a positive against riders of a similar ilk.However,when competing against male professional jockeys her booking is certainly a big negative for me.
