See the usual consideration is given to fans in the switching of the Brighton v TWS game.
Those attending games are an irrelevance and the only thing that matters is the Soccer AM types and TV viewers.
And, after spending time, money and effort and taking time off work to get to these rearranged fixtures your reward is to pay exorbitant prices and be treated like lower forms of life by over officious police and stewards.
No wonder an ever increasing number of old time fans are thinking stuff this for a game of soldiers., leaving stadiums to be occupied by spectators rather he supporters demnding to be entertained before they deign to open their mouths (other than to moan we aren't playing like world beaters all the time) or put their hands together.
And people wonder about reasons for a decline in atmosphere (talking in general here not just City though it seems to be worse than a lot of others).

Yeah yeah I know. It's just annoying. Not everyone lives near the ground.

Rovers are playing at home on the same night as the Wednesday match. A few more empty seats then

That's like saying our crowds will suffer due to Hull United playing on the same day.
