DC said his target for the season was a top seven finish and while I believe he is a very good manager I thought he had lost the plot with that aim. He has however built a squad of players who work hard for the team and each other and if promotion isn't achieved this season I think most supporters would be disappointed but at the same time pleased with the overall performances of the players. If we are unlucky in our hopes for this season I believe that with the right type of players brought in during the summer next season we can look forward to being in the type of position that Northampton are in now
