OK I'm probably going to get slaughtered for this <ok>

I know points on the board are the most important thing, but with my sensible head on, we are not going to win every home game, Brighton are my dark horse choice to gatecrash the playoff/promotion party, whilst our team is still getting to know one another, IF we have to drop some points, would these be a good ones to drop? I know it could be to potential promotion rivals, but it would get the monkey off our backs, drop a couple of points at home early on, whilst the side are still gelling, not a defeat, but a draw could take the pressure off and pay dividends in the long run..........................or we could just stuff them ;)

Can't imagine you're doing anything than playing devils advocate here.
How can we consider dropping points at this time is more favourable at this stage is beyond me.

The only time we can be okay(not happy mind) is if we are in that happy place of it not making a difference, at this time all points will make a difference.

Two points a game is always a target i would set players looking for promotion. I'd take a draw against a team that have started brightly, and that we have not met in a few years. I'm hopeful for 2-1 but i'd definitely take 1-1 if offered now!

Boy in blue. Never look for a draw at home, if you do you will accept a defeat away.
You should always want and expect a win at home, and any Manager that plans for less should be at another club, preferably one we are playing.
We will drop points at home, everyone does, but you should never expect it and never ever be "Satified" with a draw!!!
As one of the players said, make CCS a fortress. Let people come here thinknig a draw is a good result for them. Personally I follow the idea that 20 points out of every 10 games is a recipe for promotion, but I still want 3 from every home game come what may.
If you don't want it enough then you don't deserve it.

Saying "I wanna stuff Brighton" just doesn't sit well with me so I'll say a convincing win :D

yes, we'll drop points but the longer we can stay on a roll, the better the moral and belief among the squad will grow.

Sorry mate, i'm an away fan who prefers a win after a long drive on the road. You can keep your draw at home ;)

We need early points. We can see already that Wet Ham are settling in and Blackpool look potent. I am not saying that I expect us to get promoted or finish top 2, but if the club wants to do that we have to take 3 points against Brighton! I think we will do it!
