In fact, it will be surprising if he hasn't overtaken a few more by the end of the season. Plus the other graph, showing the rise and rise of season ticket sales is awesome, how envious would many clubs be of this stat? 1p5wich and Feeds Utd spring to mind - for some obscure reason http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/stats/all-time-statistics
If he can emulate Robert Fleck I will be highly impressed. Will depend if he can keep his current fitness levels up over the next two seasons or so, and of course stays with us.
Would love to see him beat Iwan's record it could happen, as a player he has had an amazing impact on the club I'd say a better impact then a lot of players who are above him.
Realistically how many goals a season can you expect any English centre forward to regularly bang in when operating in the top flight nowadays? They are up against world class defenders week in, week out. It's hard to say but if he averages 10 - 12 a season for the next two that would put him in and around Flecky
I guess how long left with have of sir holt may depend on what league we are in next season and also the one after. There are many permultations He could be up to seventh or eight on that list by the summer, in three years In years to come we will look back on him in a similar vein as big iwan
.......actually, just 4 more takes him to 9th equal, which should happen this season, and not many more to the top 5.
While I'd put nothing past Holty, he's unlikely to catch Iwan in the goal records. But, (and I don't say this lightly) I think he's eclipsed him in terms of status here. Both legends for this club, and Holt's status will only grow.
