Since we last met STFC (Flint says No!) the Gas have been their main rivals and there has been loads of crowd trouble from the Gas in recent years. Maybe Gas agent Hollowhead has a secret agenda??!!!
Right now they could be falling out of the league.

Certainly turning it around at Swindon-Another win away today up to 14th -11 points off the playoffs .

 

I hate to admit it but he’s really turning them around.

Doing a job though Swindon were right in the mire-watch him get the playoffs.

 

Many years ago Holloway was asked why he had chosen to manage at Blackpool and his reply was that we both look better in the dark. Classic response.

 

I respect his management skills. He’s also witty and amusing in interviews.
His stupid comment about ‘the only good Bristol City fan is a dead one’ let him down, and whilst I’m sure he doesn’t genuinely mean it, his failure to apologise or acknowledge it was out of order means I personally can’t forgive.
His refusal to wear a City badge on the EFL show on Quest a couple of years back just reminded me (and everyone) of his contempt for our club.
Pathetic and petty.
I created this thread because I wanted him to fail. I have to begrudgingly acknowledge that he’s doing rather a good job at Swindon and I might put a bet on them making the playoffs.
He’s a bit of an ‘anti-hero’ of mine if you like - a bit like Warnock is to some (I rate Warnock far more than Hollowhead by the way)
