Off Topic Holidays

So the season has all but finished and apart from the euros, so where are you holidaying this year now the local footy has finished?
I am off to Majorca for a week in June with the wife, we love the island, not too far and it has sand and sun too then in Aug we are off to Devon with the daughter n grandkids for a week.
Couple of long weekends booked up with the wife to break the year up too, 1 in York and the other at the Lakes, obviously making sure it doesn't clash with my golf comps
Where are the rest of you lot off to those lucky enough to afford holidays that is?

 

As a pale face I hate the sun, so my holiday's are always in the UK I travel all over the UK most is fly fishing holidays.

 

Portugal in June, near Queenboro, and Lanzarote in November.

Off to Thailand to play Golf with the boys in July then in Sri Lanka with Mrs Flanders in late August, can't wait

 

i like my fishing too but only sea fishing, not tried fly fishing but looks very calming n relaxing.

 

Need to check for ISIS hot spots before I book, I think there's only about 3 countries that are deemed safe nowadays.

Probably Mexico, but maybe the US.

Mrs has two booked already, I'll be sat at home, catching up on my masturb... eerrr, my box sets.

 

only been to Portugal the once and that was a golf trip, some quality courses out there

 

Bit fat for me for golfing, forgot i am also away in Nov to Turkey golfing with the boys, 16 of us going so gonna be a good trip

She's saved her own money actually, quite a lot in fact, which is nice. I've booked them a bed for 12 for one of the days by the pool and that's it. She's not allowed to take the credit cards!

 

Honeymoon to Cuba in October. Can't wait.

Congrats. A work colleague visited Cuba early this year and thought the place was the dogs bollocks.

 

We purchased a stupid ****ing mutt last year so all holidays now in UK. Missus won't put the barking little **** in kennels.

Heading off to East Devon in August. 2 hour drive there and a 5 hour drive back.

 

Do I need to call the RSPCA?

 

Trip to Thailand. Koh Phangan, Koh Samui and Bangkok. Seeing the lads from England as well as my family for my wedding and then a bit of a honeymoon.

 

What about a dog sitter? We went to Kefalonia to get married last year and we couldn't leave the pooch with family as they were all coming with us and I don't like kennels so we found someone to take her in for a few weeks.

They sent lots of photos and spoiled her rotten so there were no worries there like would you get from anonymous kennels.

 

why didn't you buy a clever one?
