    Bet they don't eat Danish bacon! In fact, they have a higher percentage of Turkish players than Fenerbahce!

    Does the badge mean that there is an Islamic link between Pompey and Turkey?

    Portsmouth and Cyprus. Apparently the badge was the banner of the Byzantine governor Isaac Comnenus and was given to Portsmouth (the city) to use as a symbol after Richard I took the island.
