    He is good but not that good for a team to panic and get him before anyone else. So the Venky's have yet again found themselves on a dead end with this one.

    We've got a slim chance of landing him. Even if by some miracle we finish above Spurs, he'll pick London over Newcastle any day of the week.

    It says hes stalling on a contract hes worth about 10 at the most so why risk losing him for nothing

    If Blackburn stay up, it will be because of him. Its like when Blackpool slapped a huge price tag on Charlie Adam, he could have kept them in the Prem.

    I can see them selling him for less this January though. Doubt we will get him. <ok>

    They won't lose him for nothing, if he signs for a Premier League club then a tribunal will decide a fee because he is U21. Same as Daniel Sturridge's move from Manchester City to Chelsea, which eventually led to a fee of £3.5m, plus £3m in extras.

    Yeah but 18m is abit steep decent player but not at that price especially when he can just say no and walk away to anyone in the summer for whatever the tribunal sets. Which will be lower than that

    Said for ages I want us to sign Hoilett. He is a good player and surrounded by the likes of Bale, Modric et al he can only improve.

    They would probably get around £8m-10m if it goes to a tribunal, they would also have a few more months to try and convince him to stay.

    If he was to come we should wait for him on a bosman, no way is he worth top dollar with only months to go on his contract... we halved Enrique's fee because he was about to let his contract run out.
